Welcome – I’m glad you’re here

Whether you’re an athlete working toward your next goal or someone struggling with stress and anxiety, I’m here to help you regain clarity and confidence.
​
I’m a mother of two, a business owner, and with 20 years of experience as a Special Needs Teacher, I’ve seen first hand how easy it is to get caught up in the mental chaos of everyday life. I’ve also faced my own challenges, including anxiety and exhaustion, but hypnotherapy gave me the tools to take control and feel like myself again.

I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes from all backgrounds, including Triathlon Wales, elite athletes at Swansea University, and world champions in downhill mountain biking. I know what it takes to push through mental and physical barriers.

With my background in triathlons, I understand the dedication needed to overcome challenges, and I offer a practical, no-nonsense approach to help you focus, calm your mind, and stay on track with your goals.
