Hi, I'm Einir​
Hypnotherapist, mum of two, and former special needs teacher of twenty years.
​
I specialise in supporting women who look "fine" on the outside, but feel overloaded on the inside.
My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply understanding of the mental load women carry.
This is a calm, confidential space where you can breathe, slow down, and feel supported again - without pressure, judgement, or digging into the past.
