Something’s Been Brewing… and I Can’t Wait to Share It With You!

These past few months, I’ve been working on something behind the scenes that I’m really excited about – and now it’s nearly ready to share.

If you know me, you’ll know I care deeply about mindset. Whether it’s getting through anxiety, bouncing back from burnout, chasing a sporting dream, or facing life’s curveballs – our thoughts can either hold us back or help us move forward. That’s why I’ve created something to celebrate that strength, that spark, and those small but powerful steps we all take:

My brand-new podcast – The Mind Game

It’s packed full of real, powerful stories from people who’ve faced massive challenges – and found their way through with grit, courage, humour, and heart.

Here’s just a taste of who I’ve had the absolute joy of speaking with:

  • Kellie Lambert, who’s used her mental resilience to stay positive and grounded while navigating life after cancer.

  • Naz Khan, a blind runner who trained for the London Marathon during Ramadan – her story is full of strength, discipline, and pure inspiration.

  • Abigail Douglas, who found her way back to health through yoga, mindfulness, and reconnecting with her body.

  • Dean Hall, who swam the entire Oregon River as part of his healing journey from cancer.

  • Tom Randall, elite climber and mindset expert, on what it really takes to perform under pressure.

  • Mikayla Parton, pro downhill mountain biker, who opened up about injury, fear, and finding the joy in racing again.

Every single guest has reminded me that resilience doesn’t always come with a shout – sometimes it’s in the quiet moments. In the breath before the next step. In the decision to keep going.

These are stories full of heart, hope, and honesty. And I think they’ll leave you feeling fired up, comforted, and connected – whether you’re an athlete, a mum juggling everything, or just someone trying to find a bit of headspace in a noisy world.

I’ll be sharing more very soon, so keep an eye out.

Big things really do start with small steps – and I can’t wait to walk (or run, or swim, or cycle!) them with you.
